“Hopothesis IPA is a beer that will that will keep you guessing, an educated guess that is. Although calling this the convergence of Chicago craft beer and scientific thought might be a stretch, it’s certainly worth a taste. True to its name, this award winning IPA features distinctly piney hops, but is also a balance of maltiness. Containing 7.1 ABV, each bottle is speckled with hints of citrus, yet retains a sweetness.
The amber fog of this IPA is wrapped in a graph paper label, and it seems that Hopothesis has this “down to a science.” The lively yet smooth mouthfeel is accentuated by its well balanced taste.
